Well, I watched Cry play Hatoful Boyfriend a while before I actually drew this... And I thought it was funny in both the general and the personal way.
General: Well... It's CRY playing an OTOME Game!!! It was seriously funny to watch, as well as his reactions to the different pigeons.
Personal: At school my nickname is 'Pigeon' (but I seriously forgot how it started...) and a few other things >:33

Why the doctor? Well... I think it's pretty obvious :3
And to tell you the truth, the original drawing had a bad word in it... and so I changed it. I think it's sorta obvious which word it is! ^^
